CHILD PROTECTION POLICY
• The Club undertake to work within the framework and guidelines laid down by the British Judo Association in
relation to Child Protection Procedures.
• The British Judo Association and its member Clubs work continually with the appropriate bodies
to ensure that the Association remains at the forefront of good practice in respect of Child Protection policies and procedures.
The British Judo
Association upholds the principle that all children whatever their age, culture, disability, gender, language, racial origin,
religious belief and/or sexual identity have the right to protection from abuse. The members, staff and volunteers of the
Association are committed to the welfare and protection of children so that they can enjoy sporting activities in safety without
